Affiliate Membership at UVAR
An Affiliate member of the Upper Valley Association of Realtors® is an individual or business working in an industry that provides services to the community related to purchase, sale, or care of residential and commercial property. UVAR has had Affiliate members for years, but we are now renewing membership (as of summer 2023) and providing an online Affiliate Directory to better facilitate networking among Realtor members, Affiliate members, and the public.
The ideal Affiliate is an individual or business owner who would benefit from Realtor® referrals before, during, and after the sale of a property. This includes lenders, title companies, banks, locksmiths, home cleaning services and more.
Affiliate Directory
Two Types of AffiliatesAffiliate Affiliate membership is a great way to get found. Our Realtor® members are always looking for local service providers to recommend to their clients. Get added to the public Affiliate directory where your name, company, description, and contact information is displayed. Consumers and Realtors will be able to search the directory for your services to recommend you. You'll also receive market updates from time to time, showing the trends in our area. Premium Affiliate Join as a Premium Affiliate and have all the benefits of a regular Affiliate, but also have a Premium backlink in your profile from our website to yours. This feature improves your search engine visibility on places like Google and Bing. You'll have a clickable url in your profile that takes potential clients directly to your website. In addition, your company will show up from time to time on the Realtor only pages of this UVAR site as a Featured Affiliate, which means that you'll be seen more often. Premium Affiliates also have an opportunity to sponsor a monthly Lunch & Learn at the Rexburg SpringHill Marriott. There, you'll be able to present your services to the Realtors, hand out marketing materials, answer questions, and network. |
The Affiliate directory is a searchable directory of service providers in and around the Upper Snake River Valley. The directory is searchable by owner name, company name, industry served, city and more. The directory can also be filtered by industry. To become a member of the directory a business can click on Join as an Affiliate, complete the application form, and submit the form. Once the submission is approved. the Affiliate will be in the directory.
