Join UVAR as a Realtor® Member

Use this application if you want to become a Realtor and the Upper Valley Association of Realtors will be your primary association. 

IMPORTANT:

• If you are already an active Realtor® and TRANSFERING FROM ONE UVAR BROKERAGE TO ANOTHER UVAR BROKERAGE, CLICK HERE to log in and begin your transfer request. You don't need to complete this application.
  
  
• If you are already an active  Realtor® in another Association and you only want to join UVAR as a Secondary Member, please CLICK HERE. 

Before you begin, please make a note of the following:

• The membership fee below is to Join UVAR. It includes a one time application fee of $100. Once you begin filling out the application, you will also add your membership fees for NAR and Idaho Realtors. They are pro-rated and required to complete your application. Please pick the current month for both of them. If you choose a month other than the current month, it can delay your application.
  
  
• ALL applications submitted after the last day of October will be billed for the pro-rated months of the current year and for the coming year in full.
  
  
• You must be an ACTIVE real estate agent licensed in the state of Idaho under an Idaho brokerage before using this application.
  
  
• All application dues and fees for NAR, IR, and UVAR are non-refundable.
