Join UVAR as a Secondary Member

If you are a primary member of another Realtor Association, and you ONLY want to join UVAR as a secondary member, you are in the right place. Please read the important notes and then continue below by entering your email address.

IMPORTANT:

• If you are already an active Realtor® and TRANSFERING FROM ONE UVAR BROKERAGE TO ANOTHER UVAR BROKERAGE, CLICK HERE to log in and begin your transfer request. You don't need to complete this application.
  
  
• If you are a NEW Realtor, and applying for the first time, please CLICK HERE to log in and begin your new member application. You don't need to complete this application.

Before you begin, please make a note of the following:

• The membership fee below is to Join UVAR. It includes a one time application fee of $100. Once you begin filling out the application, you will also add your membership fees for Idaho Realtors (State Association) IF you are from an out-of-state Realtor Association. The fees for Idaho Realtors are pro-rated and required to complete your application if your primary association is out-of-state. Please pick the current month for the fees. If you choose a month other than the current month, it can delay your application.
  
  
• ALL applications submitted after the last day of October will be billed for the pro-rated months of the current year and for the coming year in full.
  
  
• You must be an ACTIVE real estate agent licensed in the state of Idaho before using this application.
  
  
• All application dues and fees for NAR, IR, and UVAR are non-refundable.
