If you are transferring from another Association without a current letter of good standing, or you've let your membership laps 5 years or more, will need to complete this requirement again. To recap you must:

  1. New/ reinstating REALTORS® will be automatically registered by UVAR for an online orientation upon joining.
    - An email with instructions and credentials for the module will be sent to valid email address as entered on your application, one week after membership activation.
    - Reminders will be sent until the module has been completed.

  2. Access NAR’s Online Code of Ethics training on their website.
    - Complete Code of Ethics Course for New Members (Free).

2. SRMLS New Member Orientation (Required)

New members of the Snake River MLS (SRMLS) are required to attend an orientation to review MLS rules, procedures, and policies. You must complete this new orientation within 90 days. Usually the MLS calls you to schedule you for the next class. However, if you don't hear from them two weeks from subscribing to the MLS, you should contact them via Membership@SnakeRiverMLS.com or call 208-524-3463. There are fines for not completing the orientation on time.

Please take these two orientations seriously!

The National Association of Realtors® and the Snake River MLS take these orientations very serious. Failure to complete them in a timely manner will result in restrictions that affect your ability to work as a Realtor® . Make these orientations a high priority.
