The Rexburg Planning & Zoning Commission administers all zoning ordinances for the city. This consists of approving planned unit development, rezones, road dedications, and administering the general plan. We have eight appointed Planning and Zoning Commissioners volunteering their time to the City of Rigby. Regular meetings are on the second Thursday of the month beginning at 7 PM in the Council room in City Hall. These Commissioners commit themselves to learning and applying City Ordinances & State Statutes and attending at least one meeting per month, with additional meetings and training scheduled as needed.

City of St. Anthony Planning & Zoning meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Location: City Hall - Council Chambers. (420 N. Bridge Street) Contact the City Clerk (624-3494) to be placed on the agenda if you have need to address the P&Z Board.

Mark your calendars NOW for the annual RPAC SUMMER KICKOFF PARTY! The RPAC auction is held every year to raise money that supports political actions that benefit Realtors and property ownership. The auction annually raises thousands of dollars. One example of RPAC in action is preserving the right of Realtors to work during the pandemic.

Each year on the first Tuesday of June, the Upper Valley Association of Realtors sponsors the Sugar Cemetery cleanup project. Realtors, affiliates, and friends gather at 10:00 AM to provide service hours to the cemetery by cleaning and preparing the grounds for the summer season.
This lunch and learn is the general membership meeting of the year. At this meeting, election votes will be counted, and the new board members announced. Absentee ballots which were received by the deadline as outline in the UVAR Bylaws will also be included in this count.
The Upper Valley Association of Realtors is excited to provide Home Tour. As an association, we are striving to give Listing Agents the opportunity to show their properties off to other local agents. At the same time, it gives the agents a chance gain a knowledge of the local inventory and to meet with the other agents in the association.

Home tour meets on Tuesday from 9am to about 11am depending on the tour length. The first tour of each month will start at 8:30am at a designated Title Company. We will leave for the first home at 9am. The remaining Tuesdays will start at the first home at 9am.
