E1479-Negotiations- A Case study. A class that teaches negotiations techniques applicable to the real estate market as it is today. Students will be given a high level overview on creating CMA's, review of the RE-21 Purchase and Sale Agreement, and then be able to negotiate on a real estate contract with other students.
