Just a reminder that Idaho State required E&O insurance is coming due.

The State of Idaho says: "Active status Idaho real estate licensees who fail to renew E&O insurance by September 30, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. MT will be in violation of the license law and will incur civil penalties and fines."
